Can’t thank enough Ben from Operation Gas for his professional and kind service. I was expecting my kitchen to be one big mess when Ben was changing the old boiler with a new model, but instead I found that he was working efficiently but very clean and tidy making sure that nothing gets damage in the process. The communication was very easy and clear at all times and the price could not be more reasonable. We would recommend Ben to anyone who is looking to fix/change their boiler :-)

Ben came on short notice to review out of hours on a Friday evening and again on the Sunday to replace a boiler which was an enormous saving as we had no hot water or heating. Good price, really nice guy. He'll do a good job for you.

Ben was amazing. There were issues with my heating and boiler and he stayed until very late on a friday to make sure everything was fixed and working. Would highly recommend. Did an incredible job and veey friendly too.

A very thorough and competent boiler service, also checked out the radiators and gave sound advice on the condition of them and how to improve their efficiency.

The yearly check of my boiler was well overdue because of covid. Ben the gas engineer was recommended to me by my neighbour. Ben did the check and the boiler making a constant noise. I called him , he came and sorted it out. He explained to me what is the problem. I would recommend him to friends.
